SWOT Analysis

SWOT Analysis

A SWOT analysis sorts a business or project into strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Strengths and weaknesses are inside the organization, such as a strong brand or limited cash. Opportunities and threats are outside it, such as a growing market or a new competitor. Teams fill in the four boxes before they choose a strategy, so they know what to build on, what to fix, and what to plan for.
