SMART Goals

SMART Goals

SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. “Get better at coding” is vague. “Complete an online Python certificate by December and build one portfolio project” is a SMART goal. The framework turns a wish into a plan you can check. Individuals use it for a 3-to-5-year pathway. Using SMART goals ensures that a business has effective tools to measure the success or failure of an objective.
