Labor Market Information (LMI)
Labor Market Information (LMI) is data about the job market around you: which kinds of work are growing, what they pay, and what training they usually require. Government labor departments, industry groups, and career centers publish it by region and occupation. Treat it like a weather forecast. It will not name the company that will hire you, but it can tell you whether demand is rising or falling before you commit to a program.
