Big Five Personality Traits

Big Five Personality Traits

The Big Five personality traits are five spectrums psychologists use to describe personality: conscientiousness, extraversion/introversion, agreeableness, openness to experience, and neuroticism. Most people fall somewhere between the extremes of each trait. The model does not tell you which job to pick. It helps you predict where you will feel energized, drained, or stretched at work.
