Market Research
Market research is how a business gathers evidence about customers, competitors, and the market before it commits to a product, a price, or a campaign. The point is to test a guess: would these people actually buy this, and why. You can collect new data yourself or use information that already exists. Research does not guarantee success, but it lowers the chance you spend heavily on the wrong offer.
