Warranty
A warranty is a guarantee of work or product reliability from a seller or manufacturer to a buyer, offered to increase confidence in the product. An explicit warranty is a promise the seller stated, in writing or out loud, such as free repair for a year. An implied warranty is a promise the law adds even when nobody said it, including that the product should do the ordinary job you bought it for. One purchase can carry both.
