Instructors who use a lot of assignments have noticed the list is getting long – we now have over 300 activities available. This is great for flexibility, but can be frustrating when setting up assignments each week, avoiding duplicates.
With this in mind, we launched our new “Flag Duplicate Tasks”. This new feature will look at all of the other assignments you already created in each class, and highlight tasks you have already used. This makes it quick and easy to see which tasks you’ve already included, helping to avoid assigning the same tasks twice.
Tasks you already included will be highlighted in pink – you still can re-assign them if you want, but this just serves as a warning.
